All GTA Cities in One World
-----------Rockstar Games has expressed the wish to create one big mega world that will contains all the cities of the previous GTA series.
Rockstar North Lead Producer Leslie Benzies said that development team wanted to create a huge world made up of all the cities we visited in the GTA series.
In an interview with Digital Trends Benzies talked about the history and development of franchise locations that players had the opportunity to visit and about the possibility of returning one of favorite cities - Vice City.
“Of course at some point we would like to have one big world containing all our cities and let the player fly between them and revisit their favorite areas, and in that context reimagining Vice City would be very interesting.“ said Rockstar North Lead Producer Leslie Benzies.
Following the recent release of some of the older GTA titles on mobile devices Benzies suggests that mobile platforms will soon get more games:
“Also the power of mobile technology is increasing so rapidly it is hard to imagine the kind of games we could be releasing for them in years to come. Whether these are repurposed versions of existing games or entirely new IPs I couldn’t say, but if you look at Chinatown Wars you can see that we are always up for the challenge of designing games for new technologies and making the most of all their features, not just their processing power.”
Grand Theft Auto will be in the meantime with the Grand Theft Auto 5 to return to the legendary Los Santos which we first visited in great San Andreas in 2004. year.
