Warner Bros. is Now Offering Batman: Arkham Knight PC Refunds

You can get a full refund "regardless of how long you have played the product."

Warner Bros. has announced that anyone who wants to refund Batman: Arkham Knight can do so. The news comes after Arkham Knight returned to PC last week, but players continued to report problems.

"We are very sorry that many of our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight," the developer wrote today on the game's Steam page. "We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues."

Gamers will have until the end of 2015 to get full refunds for Arkham Knight "regardless of how long you have played the product." In addition, players can get get their money back if they bought the DLC pass, but only if they return it along with the full game.

Warner Bros. also plans to "continue to address the issues that we can fix and talk to you about the issues that we cannot fix."

The Warner Bros. post was also updated by Valve, saying that the refund process, like the game itself, is experiencing some issues.

"For users still running into playtime based refund rejections, we are looking into what is causing those. Please wait to re-submit your refund until we have this resolved. Thank you," it said.
