Peggle 2 Release Date Announced

Peggle 2 the downloadable sequel to Peggle will be coming on December 9 for $12.
Peggle 2 was supposed to be a launch title on the Xbox One, but PopCap delayed it till December. Saying "Peggle 2 is a 'launch timeframe' title...But [it] will not launch day-and-date with the Xbox One -- instead, it will become available a few weeks later in December."
A preview of Peggle 2 revealed a December 9 release date for the downloadable game for the price of $12. While the gameplay will be relatively the same as Peggle, Peggle 2 will recieve some new features which include a fresh slate for helpest (with requisite new powers) and bumpers that will allow you to keep your ball in play longer.
The preview did not mention whether the game will be changed for release on other consoles or release dates for other consoles besides the Xbox One.
