More Than 1 Million Matches Played During Evolve's Big Alpha

Stats for the recent Evolve "Big Alpha," which was held between October 30 and ended on November 4, have been released via infographic.
According to the chart, over 1.3 million rounds were played during its "Big Alpha." The streamed games were close to 7.2 million total views on Twitch, making for over 2 million hours watched.
The infographic also reveals that the multi-class hunter faction has had 753,414 victories, while the monsters have had 574,079.
In terms of which classes players chose, the Assault and Monster classes were nearly equal at 22.9% and 22.4% respectively, with Medic coming in third at 19.5%, and Trapper fourth at 18.6%. Support was the least favorite class according to the data, at a mere 16.4%.
Finally, the longest round during the Evolve closed alpha lasted 40 minutes.
The Evolve team at Turtle Rock Studios and 2K Games thanked the server testers in the blog post.
"We appreciate that you took time out of your lives to help us test our game," says the Evolve Team. "In the end, what we learned from the Big Alpha is only going to make the final game that much stronger."
Evolve is scheduled for release on February 10, 2015 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
