Halo 5 Could be Available on PC
-----------"There is plenty of chance that Halo 5 could appear on the PC."
According to 343 Industries franchise director Frank O'Connor, Halo 5 on PC isn't out of the question.
"Microsoft has made a huge commitment trying to normalize the Windows experience across multiple platforms," O'Connor said. "You see elements of Windows 10 are going to appear in Xbox and Cortana and stuff like that."
"There is plenty of chance that Halo 5 could appear on the PC," he continued. "Nothing to announce at this point, [but] you know, we developed the game on an Intel platform. It wouldn’t be the hardest thing in the world to move it to PC and take advantage of PC stuff. But nothing I announce today on this chat."
This is not an "official" announcement but seeing as it's the Halo franchise director there is hope Microsoft wants to port the game.

I can totally see Microsoft porting over some of the most beloved game franchises like Halo 5 and using Direct X 12 to make cross platform play with Xbox One possible and in that they would take a new step in marketing Windows 10 as a family and not a single platform and if i am not mistaken that is exactly what they want. It may be hard for them to move a console seller to pc but the community would absolutely love them for it and it would bring the console and pc platforms together into more mainstream gaming!
