Hail to the King: Deathbat to Launch Early 2014
-----------A mobile dungeon crawler which will feature the discography and artwork of American metal band Avenged Sevenfold, will launch in early 2014.
The game was announced this summer and will feature the band's discography and artwork throughout its various stages.
Developed by Subscience Studios, Hail to the King: Deathbat is inspired by classic dungeon crawlers along with the band’s iconic discography and artwork. It will feature a lot of content including beautifully drawn hellish landscapes, brutal combat and unforgiving boss demons.
"We've been fans of games since we were kids, and we thought it would be fun to create one of our own inspired by our favorites," Avenged Sevenfold singer M. Shadows said. "There are so many cool and innovative indie games being developed today, and we realized we could design and build the kind of game we'd love to play on our own. It is coming together amazingly well, and we can’t wait to share it."
