CD Projekt RED "Ready to Move On"
-----------Blood and Wine is the latest expansion for the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt; CD Projekt RED have decided to dedicate themselves on their next project to the maximum.
Popular RPG The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will get another major expansion this month called Blood and Wine. It now appears that this expansion will be the last piece with additional content for the Wild Hunt, and that the development team is ready to focus on new projects.
"This is the last expansion pack for The Witcher 3 and the last thing we're working on before we shift our focus completely to Cyberpunk" said CD Projekt's Konrad Tomaszkiewicz in a recent interview, stressing that this does not mean that the game will loose the support of it's creators.
CD Projekt RED has promised that the Blood and Wine expansion will make the best out of The Witcher 3 and will offer a real visual treat, beside the good story. The scale of The Witcher 3 has been made even grander with a variety of extra content released over the last four months from which one of the two planned major expansion packs, Hearts of Stone, landed this week, containing a level of content that's comparable to many standalone games.
Tomaszkiewicz claims that the CD Projekt will continue working on patches and troubleshoot any problems which the community encounters during gameplay. In addition, the team will work on resolving the remaining bugs and reserve resources for at least one large patch in the future.
After the release of the Blood and Wine expansion, Cyberpunk 2077 will arrive in the spotlight, a game which has been worked on by fifty CD Projekt developers. Set in a sci-fi world akin to Blade Runner, it’s a far cry from the swords and dragons of The Witcher. But the games may be more closely linked than it may first appear.
Development of the game is led by Adam Badowski, and Konrad will be his right hand.
