Ace Combat: Infinity and Soul Calibur: Lost Swords Postponed

Soul Calibur: Lost Swords and Ace Combat Infinity, both being developed by Namco Bandai have been delayed.

Soul Calibur: Lost Swords and Ace Combat Infinity will be released sometime during 2014, Namco Bandai confirmed earlier today. Both games were supposed to be released by the end of the year, but Namco Bandai decided to take some extra time to increase the quality of both games.

Soul Calibur: Lost Swords is going to be Namco Bandai's first free to play game in the Soul Calibur series. The game will feature familiar characters like Mitsurgi and Sophitia and some all new gameplay features that have never before seen in the series.

Ace Combat Infinity will be set on Earth and it will include elements from past games like historical events, super weapons and original planes. Also an all new feature that has never been featured in the series are online co-op missions which will make up the bulk of the game. Up to four players can play together in thse missions, create a formation and compete with a rival team. The missions will have different objectives, with some requiring players to take back a city from the enemy, destroying the enemy base and more.
