Fallout 4 Nuka World DLC File Size Revealed

A new entry in the Steam Dabatase for Bethesda Softworks' Fallout 4 revealed the file size of the upcoming post-apocalyptic RPG expansion known as Nuka World.

No doubt Fallout 4 fans are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the open world title's Nuka world DLC, and with that being the case, most of those potential Wastelanders are probably asking themselves how much space will the expansion's file require. According to a recent Steam Database entry, the upcoming add-on will be 3.66 GB, which is much bigger than the game's last narrative-driven DLC, Far Harbor, for its contents weighed in at 2.7 GB.

Naturally, Bethesda has yet to completely reveal all of Nuka World's materials, but the studio has described its environment as being an abandoned theme park controlled by outlaws, and that the Sole Survivor can even become a Raider. Additionally, the region that's been listed will feature an open Wasteland and park zones, such as the Safari Adventure, Dry Rock Gulch, Kiddie Kingdom, and Galactic Zone, with new Raiders, weapons, quests, creatures, and even more to be expected for the Fallout 4 DLC.

Although the above mentioned assets are indeed exciting, some Fallout 4 fans are expressing their dissatisfaction with the fact that Bethesda has declared Nuka World to be the game's final DLC. Of course, a lot of gamers simply wish to have the action-RPG bestowed with as many add-ons as possible so as to in order to extend the life of the title indefinitely, while others are arguing that the developer hasn't supported Fallout 4 enough with post-launch materials to make the Season Pass worth a purchase.

Of course, even after the launch of Nuka World later this year, Bethesda will continue to provide Fallout 4 with patches and technical updates so that the release runs as smoothly as possible. Plus, the studio has mod support for PS4 in development, which has certainly been a headache for the developer, for the feature was postponed at the end of June after myriad memory issues and stability problems were found.

Fallout 4 is currently available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
