Are Sony Abandons DualShock Controller?

The latest rumors about the next PlayStation claim that Sony after 16 years will reject the DualShock controller design.

After Sony and Microsoft hinted that we could before the summer get announcement of new consoles, on internet rumors began to circulate about the hardware specifications, prices and potential launch date of new gaming machines.

The last rumor says that Sony PlayStation will leave DualShock controller design which holds the back of the 1997. Rumors spread that portal CVG claims that information obtained from one of the development teams working on future PS4 games.

Prototype versions of future PS4 controllers apparently include support for biometric sensors, LCD screen and similar news what we expected from the advanced controller.

Other sources claim that Sony designers are trying to create a controller that would have functionality similar to those we have seen on PlayStation Vita.
