Watch Dogs 2 Details Next DLC Package

Ubisoft has revealed what's to come in the second DLC for Watch Dogs 2, titled Human Conditions, which contains new story operations, missions, enemy type, and more.

The first DLC for Ubisoft's open world action-adventure game, Watch Dogs 2, debuted in December. That DLC, the T-Bone Content Bundle has provided players of Watch Dogs 2 with a new Mayhem co-op challenge, a new Grenadier enemy type, T-Bone's signature clothes, and a modded school bus vehicle. Although it provided support and more content for the game post-launch, the first DLC didn't provide any new story content.

However, all of that is about to change with Watch Dogs 2's second DLC offering, titled Human Conditions. Human Conditions will be available for PlayStation 4 on February 21, while those on PC and Xbox One will have to wait until March 23. Ubisoft shared the details of the DLC and previewed some of its content in a trailer, which the developer said will provide "substantial story arcs."

Ubisoft says that Human Conditions is a "beefy expansion" which provides three multi-mission Operations each with their own storyline, elite co-op missions, a new hack-proof Jammer enemy type, and a new vehicle. The developer says the Operations for Marcus Holloway and his DedSec crew come with "new areas to explore and unique challenges to face."

Bad Medicine is the first of the detailed Operations, which sets Marcus on the trail of Russian mobsters that have hacked Bay Area hospitals. In this Operation, an old face will be making a return to the world of Watch Dogs, Jordi Chin, who fans of the first game should recognize as one of Aiden Pearce's allies. Among other things, Bad Medicine will charge players with getting through a heavily guarded construction site and piloting drones through a Star Wars-inspired server array.

Automata is the second operation that focuses on the debut of a new self-driving car. While players will unlock that car at some point for their own use whenever they want it, the multi-part mission is made of players who have to infiltrate a biometric security company and a heavily guarded TV station.

There will be one more Operation included in this DLC called Caustic Progress, but it's being kept under wraps for now. Judging by the title, though, it's safe to assume that the story add-on will either involve some explosions.

Watch Dogs 2 is available now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
