Microsoft's Phil Spencer Talks About The "Console War"
-----------The new head of Xbox says "We need to do more," Microsoft is "definitely" in it to win.
So far Sony has the early sales lead over MIcrosoft in the PlayStation 4 vs. Xbox One "console war," but it is not over yet according to new head of Xbox, Phil Spencer. He pledged that Microsoft plans to "win" this console generation, making clear that the company needs to do more to come out on top.
"Definitely in to win," Spencer told a fan on Twitter. "We need to do more, that's 100% of my focus." As Head of Xbox, Spencer who has already worked at Microsoft for over a quarter century oversees Xbox and Xbox Live, as well as creative teams at Microsoft Studios.
So far, The PS4 sales are better that the Xbox One, selling 7 million compared to the Xbox One's 5 million Shipped (not sold).
Spencer revealed that Microsoft has big plans for E3 in June, he recently spoke more about this on Twitter saying that Microsoft is "bringing more than hype, bringing games" to E3.
E3 2014 will be held from June 10-12 in Los Angeles.
