Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's Video Features Arrows
-----------America's Nintendo latest video for the upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild covers the variety of arrows Link uses in the game.
Nintendo of America has decided to eke out more information about it's upcoming action-adventure title, now that the recent video of the game revealed some rune abilities in a tweet by the Big N. Developers have turned their attention to Link's archery skills by releasing a video on the official Nintendo of America Twitter account to show the different types of arrows The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild good guys will use.
Link will be able to switch between four different types of arrows in an instant, as it can be seen in the tweet bellow. Players will have the ability to choose between a simple arrow for a regular attack, a fire arrow to set enemies on fire, ice arrow to freeze the foes and a bomb arrow to blow them into the cosmos.
The most interesting part of this reveal for Link's arrows is probably the fact that players can chain the arrows in unique ways, or save them for a more serious problem solving. After freezing the enemies with an ice arrow for example, Link will be able to evaporate them by shooting them with a fire arrow. Players will also be able to use plain arrows for snapping ropes that hold up various apparatuses.
Even though this is just a small part of gameplay for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, it certainly is fantastic to see the title's developers taking the ability to link the physics of the world together into consideration. Of course, the same type of connected action has been shown at E3 2016 which detailed how Link will utilize and react to the natural elements and pastoral environments found in Breath of the Wild.
