Dragon Age: Inquisition Multiplayer Details Revealed
-----------BioWare confirms cooperative multiplayer will be part of this year's RPG.
Dragon Age: Inquisition will be the first game in the series that will offer multiplayer, developer BioWare confirmed.
The cooperative multiplayer will allow up to four players, and even though it may share some similarities with Mass Effect 3's multiplayer option, it is "significantly deeper," according to the report.
The multiplayer mode is designed to be enjoyed in 20-30 minute play sessions. Three multiplayer campaigns will be available at launch. These campaigns will take place on a large level, with small sections, and are randomized to create new experiences each time.
Gold looted during a multiplayer quest, can be spent on treasure chests, which will give you items like recipes, new equipment, and more. A total of nine heroes will be available in Dragon Age: Inquisition's multiplayer mode at launch--three for each mage/melee/archer class.
Originally Dragon Age: Inquisition was scheduled to launch in fall 2013, but after a delay the game will launch almost a year after on November 18 for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4.
