Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy Release Date Revealed
-----------Activision has released a new trailer for the remastered collection of Crash Bandicoot games, Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy, that reveals the game's release date.
The announcement arrived in the form of a short new trailer showing Crash getting smashes by a boulder from one of the first levels in the original Crash Bandicoot game. Aside from showing off the N Sane Trilogy's remastered graphics and new art style, the trailer isn't revealing much else beyond the game's release date. Now that fans know when the game arrives, however, information on it could come more frequently in the months leading up to release. It's already clear that the game will be getting gameplay upgrades like modernized saving systems and the like, but perhaps it has even more surprises in store.
With rumors of a release date put to rest, fans can expect to learn more about Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy's upgrades and gameplay features. Perhaps the game will introduce brand new levels built from the ground-up by Vicarious Visions, or maybe it will have new challenges for franchise veterans to conquer. Maybe it will feature content that will give hints to a completely brand new Crash Bandicoot game in the future. If Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy performs well, then a brand new game in the series wouldn't be out of the question. It seems that Activision is testing the waters for a potential new game in the series with the N Sane Trilogy and by adding Crash to Skylanders, so if consumers show interest in the character, maybe an announcement will come soon after the launch of the remastered collection this June.
By the way, the late June release date could be of some interest to Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy. Since the game's announcement was one of the highlights of Sony's E3 press conference in 2016, there's a possibility it will have some representation at this year's E3 event as well.
Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy is set to release on June 30th, exclusively for PlayStation 4.
