Update Details for Halo 5: Warzone Fireflight Are Out
-----------343 Industries revealed new information about the Warzone Fireflight update for Halo 5: Guardians. It has potential to be the biggest update yet.
Halo 5: Guardians keeps getting more and more updates. It was only a few weeks ago when gamers received the Hog Wild expansion which brought Warthog themed content to Halo 5. 343 Industries said that they were going to stop releasing free updates. Even though this was the case, they have a good reason for another free update: this next update for Halo 5 will be the biggest update yet! Now, the developers are finally ready to get it out of the shadows and say what is in store for players.
343 Industries went into a lot of detail regarding the new Halo 5 update. This new update that goes by the name of Warzone Firefight will be a definitive shock full of content for the players. There are a lot of details that remain to be announced in the near future. Everything that has been posted till now is only a mere teaser.
A post from 343 Industries reads: "The Warzone Firefight update is getting closer and closer to its release date, and various teams all over the studio are finishing it up in order to reduce the update's work and get it out in players' hands as soon as possible." This expansion will be a free update, besides what 343 Industries said about their free update politics. They improved the PvE mode on Warzone Firefight as well as the maps, Warzone Boss Refresh and a lot of new vehicles, armor, weapons and tons of more stuff.
343 Industries' post offered fans a first look at Prospect, a new Warzone Assault map set on the glassed human colony of Meridian. This map drops players into a mining facility where they need to attack the defenders that lie inside. This level offers plenty of cover for players to flank the paths hidden around the map and also promises "more options than before" when it comes to defending the Core. 343 Industries tried to "evolve the nature of the Warzone Assault" with the map. It will be interesting to see how it works in practice.
