Ghost Recon: Wildlands PC System Requirements Revealed

Ubisoft has revealed the minimum and recommended PC system requirements for Ghost Recon: Wildlands, as well as a list of supported graphics cards and controllers.

There's no doubt that Ghost Recon: Wildlands is one of the most highly anticipated games of the year. Having said that, the game's closed beta few weeks back has struggled to win the attention thanks to numerous bugs, glitches, and gamer complaints. Luckily, Ubisoft will have another chance to prove Ghost Recon: Wildlands is worth a buy with its upcoming open beta. PC gamers will also have the opportunity to test their rigs against the system requirements Ubisoft has now released for the game.

Just like with most PC games, Ubisof thas revealed the minimum and recommended specs for Ghost Recon: Wildlands. First on the list are the minimum requirements, which set the bar at a COre i5-2400S (2.5 GHz) or FX-4320 (4 GHz), 6 GB of RAM, and a GTX 660 or HD 7870. It's worth noting that Ubisoft is certain that these specs will allow gamers to enjoy Ghost Recon: Wildlands at 720p and Low presets. Obviously, this isn't the perfect way to play a game with a vast, beautiful landscape, but at least it gives gamers with low-end PC's a chance to experience the game.

In order to experience Ghost Recon: Wildlands at 1080p and High graphical settings, Ubisoft has provided these recommended specs: i7-3770 or FX-8350, 8 GB of RAM, and a GTX 970 or R9 290X. Those who have even better setups will be able to play the game at higher resolutions. The full list of specs, including supported controllers and video cards can be found below. Ubisoft has been promoting the impressive landscape in Ghost Recon: Wildlands since the game was announced in 2015. Having so much to explore and so many ways to take on the Santa Blanca cartel, there's a good reason for PC gamers to equip their PCs with appropriate hardware if they haven't already.

While waiting for the open beta and the game's full release, gamers can enjoy the newly released live-action tie-in movie over on Amazon. The short film dives into the world of the Santa Blanca cartel and will easily get gamers excited for what's to come in the game.
