Final Fantasy 15 Day One Update Details Coming Tomorrow

-----------
.....

A Twitter post from Square Enix informs fans that Final Fantasy 15's first update will be available in a day one patch, with more info about that update coming tomorrow.

Game director Hajime Tabata has talked about the fact that Square Enix has big DLC plans for Final Fantasy 15, and it seems that the development team isn't stopping there either. The official Final Fantasy account has announced on Twitter this weekend that there will be a large day one patch for the upcoming game, and that said patch will also contain Final Fantasy 15's first update as well.

Square Enix didn't mention what the update would actually entail, however, instead pointing out that details on the update should be revealed tomorrow. Regardless of the fact that Final Fantasy 15 has already gone gold, the development team, led by Tabata, has been hard at work on adding additional enhancements, more features, and upgrades that they wanted to implement without unnecessarily delaying the game further.

That information beside the fact that Square Enix will be going over the details of the day one update both indicate that it will be rather sizeable one, and one rumor started by a post on Twitter as a response to Square's initial announcement shows Final Fantasy 15's 1.01 patch coming in at over 7 GB in size. If that estimate is to be trusted, fans can probably expect a big number of new features and bug fixes on day one, which should help the game's launch experience go without any major problems once gamers churn through their bandwidth to obtain the latest version of Final Fantasy 15.

Naturally, it's still a speculation at this point as to what the size and scale of the day one patch will be, and only an official announcement from Square Enix, which happens to be tomorrow, will clarify exactly what fans can expect from the day one Final Fantasy 15 update. Final Fantasy 15's depth and features are already quite impressive, but after 10 years of waiting, fans surely won't let more downloading on the day of Final Fantasy 15's release ruin the potential addition of even more content and features.

Final Fantasy 15 is scheduled to release on November 29, 2016 for PS4 and Xbox One.
