Fallout 4 Adds Historical Songs To The Radio

-----------
.....

A fan of Fallout 4 had created a mod which adds loads of historically accurate songs in the game.

A modder who goes by the name of "efgh58" has added the retro futuristic catalog of songs with a fresh mod called Radio Enhanced. Now, instead of the handful of familiar music, Fallout 4 fans will be able to listen to a wide variety of 286 different songs which are historically accurate as well as aesthetically pleasing to the game's lore and themes.

The Radio Enhanced mod's songs range from the 1930s through the 1960s and has singles like: "Tender Trap" - Frank Sinatra, "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah" - Louis Armstrong, "Folsom Prison Blues" - Johnny Cash and many more. Efgh58's creation adds quests for Fallout 4 players to find new songs. The modder has plans to overhaul Radio Freedom, one of the stations found in the Boston Commonwealth Wasteland.

Efgh58's mod was just recently released, and it's expected for it to have bugs and other problems which are yet to be sorted in the script. The players can suggest songs to be added into Radio Enhanced until all the bugs are sorted.

Fallout 4 players want to try this mod both on PC and on consoles, and they will be able to do so, soon. Xbox One mods will hit beta soon, which means those players will get first dibs on trying the mods. PlayStation 4 players will have to wait until sometime in June to be able to try this interesting mod. Fans who are researching for complementary user-made creations for this mod should check the Green Mod, which turns this RPG's landscape into something similar to the one from The Last of Us.

In the meantime, console players will have to find a way of playing music externally if they want to experience an updated library of songs, or if they are patient enough, wait until console mods make their way into the game. Of course, there always those who will stick with the Fallout 4 original soundtrack, or play through without any music. It's good to listen to some music while doing missions occasionally, it can change the mood regarding on the song.
